自分だけがされた対応かもしれませんが・・・。
数年前に新車購入しようかと迷い相談しに行くが、買うとも言ってないのに営業圧が強すぎ、まー、お店としてそれは当然と言えば当然ですが(^_^;)
3時間ほど拘束され、更には休みの日に来るよう強制的に言われ、やんわり断るも、必ず来るようにとウザく説得され嫌になり、一応予定は入れると言って、ようやく解放される。
そして、当日TELで店に行くのを断れば、買わないなら関係ないからもう来るな！的に一方的に逆ギレされる、という最悪な対応でした。
当時二度とネッツで車は買わないと誓い、回りにも対応サイアクと言っていたぐらいです。
家が比較的近いので、今まで静かにしていましたが、やはり他の人にも同じ思いはして欲しくないので、クチコミしてみました、少しは改善してるといーけど・・・。

頼む部品が分かってるのに車検証が無いと頼めないと言われたが、サービスの方に話すと頼める。
マニュアルがあるのは理解するが、臨機応変に対応して頂きたい。
