★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車の見積もりを依頼に行きました。見積書をみていたら頼んでもないのにメンテナンスサポート152000円が入っていて、説明もなし。これはいらないと言ったら、ディーラの人は顔を真っ赤にして、口を歪め、叫ぶように、こう言いました。お客様、失礼な言い方になるかもしれないですが、サポートに入らないお客様は、今後付き合いがなくなってしまうかもしれないので、そういう人に車を売りたくない、そういう気持ちです、って。驚いて、逃げ帰ってきました。もう、二度と行きません。
I went to ask for a car quote. When I was looking at the quotation, I didn't ask for it, but maintenance support was 152,000 yen, and there was no explanation. When I said I didn't need this, the dealer said, to make his face bright red, to distort his mouth, and to scream. It may be rude to the customer, but the customer who doesn't get support may not want to sell the car to such a person because he may lose his relationship in the future. I was surprised and ran away. I will never go there again.

接客もいいですし、親切に相談してくれるので純正商品の交換などでそれ以降もお世話になってます。
ただ、少し車が改造してあるため、案件によっては入庫できない場合もありましたが、これは仕方ないですね??
