車を買ってからの対応が最悪です! 住所変更がしたくて書類をお願いしたら2~3ヵ月放置。催促しても来ず、本社にクレームを入れてやっと動いてくれました。 担当じゃないと分からないと基本後回しにされます。 現在も所有者の手続きを申請中ですが、一週間以上放置されています。
Correspondence after buying a car is the worst! If you want to change your address and ask for documents, leave it for 2-3 months. ガリバーで見積もり出したら最低でも250万と若い担当者に鼻で笑われて、もう買うのやめようかなと探していたら正規のディーラーで180万で購入出来ました。アフターサポートもバッチリです。担当も親身になって相談にのってくれます。因に購入したのはヴォクシーです、くそ対応のガリバーは西川口ですので比較するといいですよ。

父が車検に際して新人担当者に新車購入を勧められましたが、手続きに不備が多い。担当者が取れなかったために直接取りに行った車庫証明もダメにされてしまう始末…その後も書類の不備が続き、見兼ねて私が介入し副店長に取り次いでもらいましたが、謝罪どころか、車が欲しければ客が書類を準備するのは当たり前と高飛車な対応を取られました。(部下のミスは確認すらしていません。)また見積もりも不透明で、高い残クレ(6.9%)で買うように促されたため、ヴィッツで300万オーバー!他県の私が地元で同じ見積もりを取ると金利が3.9%で20万以上の差がありました。その事を伝え、購入の再検討を申し出ると今度は現金なら差がつかないから現金で購入しろと言われました。あまりにも酷い対応だったので店長にも掛け合いましたが、上記の失態は曖昧なまま報告され、店長は状況を把握していない状態が続きました。商談決裂後も新人担当者は変えずに他の車の商談に持ち込み、こちらが催促するまで頭金の20万と個人書類は返還されず。対応の不備を突っ込まなければ、高齢者に割高の車を押し付けたのかと思うとゾッとします。トヨタの社訓にある上下一致や至誠業務、お客様第一主義はどこに行ったのでしょうか…地元のトヨタは親身な対応だっただけにこの店舗の対応の悪さに呆れてしまいました。

欲しい車を探している時に何回か通いましたが、担当営業によって対応が異なるので、ご担当者によって評価が異なりました。 最終的には欲しい車種があったので購入することができました。 営業や整備の方も親切で丁寧な説明があるので心配事や不明点を相談することができました。過剰整備なのか必要整備なのか判断できないところも相談しています!
