完全に上からです。
こちらの話を親身に聞く気はありません。
機嫌が悪かったのか 処置が面倒だったのか とにかく感じ悪かった。

自費診療の予約がしたかったが新患受け付けていないようで、やってないです、と冷淡にぴしゃり。怒られている気分になった。
質問をしても面倒くさそうに答える。
受付のクチコミ評価がこんなに悪いのだし、改善すればいいのに。

電話は感じ悪かったです。
受け付け良くなかった。
先生の診察は、的確に見てくださいました。
私にとっては良かったです。
ただ受け付けは、もう少しなんとかしてほしいですね！！

次回予約のお願いをしている際、「○日だと何時が予約できますか？」と聞いたところ、「営業時間ならここに書いてあります。」と営業時間が書いてある紙を指でさされ、予約可能時間を調べてくれる素振りされ無かった…。
その後何故か患者である私が「では○日の○時はいかがですか？」など誘導しながら、予約日時を決定…笑。
私は違いましたが、皮膚科には精神的にも苦痛を持った方が通院していることもあると思います。そのような方にも高圧的な同じような対応をされているのであれば、医療事務としてどうなのかと思います…。
医師の方の腕が良い分、受付でかなりの損をしているような…。。。

こちらの状況を伝えてやりとりがしっかりとできたと思う。本当に問題がある病院もあるが、、、院内は清潔で受付の対応も普通。

皆さんテキパキ仕事をしている印象ですね。
笑顔で愛想良く対応される事を望む人であれば、確かに物足りないかもしれないです。
別にサービス業でもないんですから、私は愛想良く対応なんてしなくても良いと思いますけど。
普通に良い病院だと思いますよ。
今回はレーザー治療でお世話になりましたが、説明もしっかりしてもらえましたし、看護師の対応は丁寧で落ち着いていて私は好きかな。

先生は大学病院の医局長経験者だけあって、診察も的確で腕も良いので信頼しています。
私のようにこの病院を頼る人が多いのか病院はいつも患者さんがたくさん訪れているイメージです。

自分は気にならなかったが、人によってはあまりしっかりと診察してくれてないと思うかもしれないです。
最後に受付の人ですが、何件か他の人もおっしゃる通り本当に愛想、態度、対応時の物言いが悪いです。話す度にイラッとさせるような点が出てくるのはもう本当にどうにもならないのですかね？
