★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 優しい先生だと思います。少なくとも私にはとても親切に説明してくださいますし、処方する薬の種類なんかも丁寧に教えていただけます。胃カメラをすることになった時も麻酔の手法について相談に乗っていただけて大変感謝しています。
少し話は違いますが、同じビルの一階にある処方箋薬局はクレジットカードが使えるので便利です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 風邪や花粉症なので、よく行きますが先生は淡々と問診をし薬を出してくれます。
むしろ、花粉症などはこの付近の耳鼻科や眼科に行って余計な検査をされたり薬がイマイチで最終的にはここに行ってる気がします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ つらくて、空いてる病院必死で探して行ったのにひどい対応でした。
採血が苦手だと伝えると、あからさまにイラついて
「レントゲンも心電図も問題なし。安心してください。採血しないなら他は分かりません。なので薬はありません。お大事に」
とひどい対応で、泣きながら帰りました。
言ってることは分かるけど、もっと気持ちに寄り添って欲しかったし、苦しいって訴えてるのにそのまま放り出されました。
看護師さんはとってもいい人ばかりなのに、、
2度と行きません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高熱が出た為、こちらの病院で受診しました。
薬を飲んで3日たっても熱が下がらないので、再度受診したら、今の薬を飲み続ける様言われただけでした。
何か検査をしてもらえることもなく、診察結果もあやふやで、不安しかありませんでした。
結局その後も良くならず、違う病院に行きました。
その病院では症状を説明すると、血液検査を行っていただき「マイコプラズマ肺炎」であることがわかりました。
２回目に受診した時に血液検査を行って頂ければ、もっと早く完治できたと思います。
近くて便利でしたが、2度と行きません。

メディカルモールの中にあるので待合室や診察室は綺麗です。
受付の方々はみんな優しく丁寧に接してくれますが、医師がとても上から目線で患者に寄りそう医療とはかけ離れていると思います。
以下、自分が診察を受けた時の話です。
ストレスからか免疫力が下がり、熱が一向に下がらない為受診。1週間分の薬を出されたが変わらず。めちゃめちゃ辛かった為大学病院に推薦状書いてもらえないか相談したところ「そんなすぐにポンポン推薦状書いていたら大学病院パンクしてしまいますよ」と言われた。こちらは辛い思いしているのにさすがに言い方がひどすぎる。結局血液検査を受けて5日ほど結果が出るのを待ち、血液検査の結果が案の定悪く推薦状書いてもらいました。その2週間後に倒れて大学病院に入院しました。結果論になってしまいますがもう少し早く書いてもらえていたら違ったのかなと思うことがあります。
駅から近くて便利だったのですがもう絶対行きません。

初めての経鼻内視鏡検査だったので緊張していましたが、辛くなく無事終わりました。
院長先生や看護師さんも優しく、検査中も励ましてくださって心強かったです。
院長先生は寡黙な方かと思いますが、色々質問しやすいです。
そのほかインフルエンザの予防接種などでもお世話になっていますが、接種は予約ができるので待ち時間もなくスムーズです。
受付の方も親切ですし、土曜の午後も診察されているのも助かります。

なのでこちらがかける場所を間違えたのかなと思い病院名を確認しました。
熱はなく喉の痛みがあることを説明すると、簡潔に、症状のある方は11:30からと言われました。今のご時世仕方のないことかもしれませんが、症状のない方は病院には行かないと思います。。問題は、最初から嫌悪感を抱くほどにあまりにも無愛想すぎる電話対応。もう少し言い方を考えていただきたいのと、いろいろと説明が必要なのではないでしょうか。
そういえば、以前も喉の痛みで診ていただいたときに、咳は出ないと伝えたにも関わらず咳止めの薬が出されていて、処方箋薬局の方からも咳が出るのですねと聞かれ、いや、出ませんと言うと首を傾げていました。そして悪化。2日後に気づいて病院を変えると、全然違う薬が処方されました。今日のことで前回のこの出来事を鮮明に思い出し、やはり行がない方がいいかもしれないと思い止まりました。電話窓口は病院の顔。他の患者様が不快な思いをされないよう改善されることを願います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引っ越ししてきてから、かれこれ10年通っています。逆流性食道炎だったので前の病院で紹介状を書いてもらい自分で鼻からの内視鏡ができる病院を探して当クリニックで検査してもらいました。今も1ヶ月毎に通っています。しっかり話を聞いて向き合ってくれる医師はいるのかもしれませんが、この先生はそういう先生ではありません。電子カルテで症状の経過を確認して、淡々と問診をする形式です。私はそれでいいと思っています。何かあればこちらから話をすれば処置してくれますし、私は毎年会社の健康診断の結果を持っていっているので、多分どういう患者なのかわかってくれているのだと思います。電子カルテもしっかりそういう医師の手助けをするように作られているのではないでしょうか。かかりつけ医がいることはとても心強いです。健康診断で肺に異常があった時もすぐ紹介状を書いてもらって、その日のうちに大学病院で検査してもらいました。結果は異常なしでよかったです。まぁ、強いていえば問診の時にパソコン画面を見ながらではなく、患者を見て話しをしたら良いのになぁ、ということで★ひとつ少なくしておきました。
