 The view from here is wonderful when lit up. I don't think the power is suitable for the 1st waterfall.

下からは見ることが出来ない、上の方の滝も見ることが出来ます。
Take the two elevators and get off at the observatory.
You can also see the upper waterfall, which cannot be seen from below.

300円の入場料も納得のお値段。
If you have enough water, you can appreciate the spectacular four waterfalls from various perspectives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エレベーターでこの第2観瀑台に行く。下からでは見えない風景が観える。雨が少ないからか水量が少なかったと思う。落葉の時期だったがやはり景色は絶景。日本三大名瀑は伊達じゃない。学生時代に訪問して20年ぶりくらいに再訪したがやはり良い。冬には凍結するらしいので次回はその時期に来てみたい。
Take the elevator to this second observatory. You can see the scenery that cannot be seen from below. I think the amount of water was small probably because there was little rain. It was the time of fallen leaves, but the scenery was still superb. Japan's three major waterfalls are not Date. I visited when I was a student and revisited for the first time in 20 years, but it's still good. It seems to freeze in winter, so I'd like to come next time.

どちらかというとここよりも、
間近で滝を見られる第１観瀑台の方が好き。
A waterfall at the end of the elevator.
Rather than here
I prefer the first waterfall where you can see the waterfall up close.

段瀑だと思います。
初めて大子来人（ライトアップ）を観ました。
昼は凄い人出だったようですが夜は
思う存分自分流に観る事が出来ます。

It seems that there were a lot of people in the daytime, but at night
You can watch it in your own way to your heart's content.
