名	名無しごん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サービスが定例的なことしか出来ない。。故障かもの相談に行ったところ、この事象は2日間ほど入庫確認したいと言われました。私は仕事でも使う場面があるかもしれないので代車とかありますか？と訪ねたところ台数が少ないのでとのこと。じゃあ、少ない台数の中で空いている時に入庫したいとお願いしたら、レンタカーでお願いしますと。。はぁ。。。じゃあ、2日間で故障が特定出来ない時はレンタカーを借り直す手間が発生しますよねと伝えたところ、そうですね。って。。やる気ないんかい！！　仮に2日間でレンタカーして1日で修理完了でもしたら無駄な出費してくださいってお願いされてるようで顧客目線のかけらもない。昔は江東区のディーラですが、日産ユーザだけでなく他メーカーでも取り扱ってくれたり（元日産ユーザでお世話になったからかもしれないが）、ユーザであることの優越感や誇りさえも感じさせてくれる手厚いサービスを頂けてましたが、今は流れ作業でしかない。アフターの営業努力もなければ、ますます若者も憧れないなぁ。。と。他人事ながら業界の発展性にも不安を感じました。定期的なDM洗脳もあり、久しぶりにディーラーで車検をお願いしようかなとも思ってたのに、ガソリンスタンドでさえ代車くらいは出すので、結局利用することはない。その割には電話でわざわざ休日の土日に気になっている箇所はございませんか？とか連絡してくるし、車検の見積もり提案ハガキとか・・連動性のなさに意味がわかりません。 Services can only be regular. ..
