★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの、整備士、フロントの方々は一級整備士の方でさえ、ロードインデックスの計算式がわからないので、違法でもないのに違法改造車と言われて、点検さえしてくれない。しかも、電話で予約して行ってみていきなり違法改造無理ですってものすごい失礼な事を言う始末。その後店長からもお詫びの連絡すらない、ロードインデックスの計算ができないお店で新車なんぞ買いたくないし、無知なスタッフだとなおさら買いたくない。
最悪です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 合併して日産東京販売になってから初めての訪問。一部日産プリンス東京販売の時のサービスが無くなったのが残念。あとは変わらず。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新型デイズを試乗しようと思い予約無しで伺ったのがいけなかったのか店内に入っても放置プレイで全く相手にされなかったです。
店員を見ても特別私を気にかける訳でもなく淡々と何か自分の作業をしていたのでここに居てもしょうがないと思い三菱自動車で兄弟車のEKクロスを試乗する事にしました。
三菱自動車では対応もしっかりとしておりこちらとは雲泥の差、以前からスバルと日産はディーラーによって多少の差はあるとは思うけど「欲しければ売ってやる」的な発想で対応が悪いなと感じていた、気の利かない歳だけ食った営業さんが多いのかな？
