E	Emi Takeda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてレンタカーで、西葛西周辺のレンタカーを探していました。荷物をたくさん積むため、ワンボックスを借りたかったのですが、他のレンタカー屋さんで、「予約当日に空いている車しか案内できないため、予め車種の指定は出来ない。」と言われ困っていたところ….こちらのお店で、ベルファイヤー、セレナ等希望にあった車を案内してもらえました。日程の変更も専用ダイヤルにて対応してもらいました。何度も時間変更をしてしまいましたが、オペレーターの方も当日の担当の方もとても丁寧に対応していただき、初めてのレンタカーでも安心してお借りすることができました。最後にETCを車に忘れて帰ってしまいましたが、後日電話にて連絡をいただき、郵送でお返ししてもらえました。何から何まで…..とても気持ちの良い対応をしていただきました。ありがとうございました。 I was looking for a rental car around Nishikasai for the first time. I changed the time many times, but the operator and the person in charge on the day responded very politely, and I was able to rent a car for the first time with confidence. Finally, I forgot the ETC in my car and went home, but I was contacted by phone at a later date and had it returned by mail. From what to what ..... I received a very pleasant response.
