ロ	ローカルミシュラン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しい肉料理、韓国料理、イタリアンをありがとうございました。 30歳になる記念すべき誕生日に、京都水族館から徒歩10分程度で裏梅小路にある牛澤串吉さんで祝ってもらいました。外装の一部と内装をオーナーと友人で手作りしたらしいのですが、めちゃくちゃオシャレで、特に照明がオシャレ！デートで使いたいお店ですね。牛肉やホルモンの串焼きがメインなので、ハラミ串と天肉串、マルチョウ串を頂きましたが、絶対にリピートしたいと思うほど美味しかったです。それにしても国産厳選牛だと思えないコスパです！他の肉料理の中で「アギの醤油だき」が人気だと会計直前に聞いたので、次回は注文してみます。また、チヂミや石焼ピビンパも注文し、家族でシェアしました。韓国料理も美味しすぎる！個人的にメニューにあって嬉しかったのが、ヤゲン軟骨の唐揚げとミノの天ぷらです！お酒の中でのオススメは、金宮シナモントニックです。母もハマってました笑金宮シナモントニック目当てでリピードしているお客さんもいるらしいのですが、納得の美味しさでした。オーナーのお母さんが漬けている手作りキムチと自家製マッコリ、濃厚テールスープは次行った時に絶対に注文します！隠れ家好きのツウな方や「写真映えするオシャレさと間違いない味」の両方を求める方は是非行ってみてください。 Thank you for the delicious meat, Korean and Italian food.
