スープは王将の焼飯に付いてくるのと変わりません。漬物の桜漬けは、ほか弁に付いてくる漬物です。肝心のステーキですが、上に大量の海苔がのっているので、一口目を食べた時に肉では無くて海苔の味しかしませんでした。見た目も味も安っぽい感じ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに阪急・西院駅の周辺をブラブラする機会があったので、以前ちょっと気になってたこのお店に立ち寄ります。
表にもメニューが出されてるんですが、例えばステーキ丼400gとか・・・何か思っきり肉好き学生向けの雰囲気たっぷりで、ちょっと笑えます(^^)
とはいえ、おいらみたいな年になるとなかなかそうもいかないので、個人的な好みで
「トンテキカレー：\1,000」
を注文します。
おいら自身、三重県四日市名物のトンテキが大好きで、思っきりそのイメージ満タンで待ってたので、意外と時間かからず料理が出てきたのにはビックリです。
しかも、四日市トンテキのようにしっかり火が入っておらず、いわば牛ステーキの豚肉版とでもいうお肉が、カレーの上にカットされて乗っております。
・・・でも、ふと考えると、牛のステーキに対して豚の「トンテキ」なんやから、ミディアムとかレアとかいう肉の食感を楽しめるバリエーションもあってしかるべきかも。
何せ古い人間なんでA(^^;、豚肉はしっかり火を通さないと・・・という先入観に囚われていたんですが、一瞬でどっかいっちゃいましたね！
ともあれ、これまでのトンテキでは考えられない肉々しい食感が楽しめたし、何よりベースのカレーがフルーティーかつスパイシーで、お米も食感の残る程よい炊き具合で、なかなかおいしかったです。
あと特筆すべきは、セットでついてきたワカメスープがええ感じで！
ごま油の風味が利いてて、程よく味わい深い味付けです。
何か、このスープをベースにしたメニューもあってもええのでは？と思ってしまいました。
丼もの、ステーキやトンテキに加え、カレー系では他にも「ステーキカレー」などと言う魅力的なメニューもあるそうでして、また近いうちにお邪魔したいと思っております(v.v)

Anyway, I enjoyed the meaty texture that I couldn't think of with Tonteki, and above all, the base curry was fruity and spicy, and the rice was cooked in a good texture that left a good texture, and it was quite delicious.
Also noteworthy is the wakame soup that came with the set.
The flavor of sesame oil is good, and the seasoning is moderately tasty.
Isn't there a menu based on this soup? I thought.
In addition to rice bowls, steaks and tonteki, there are other attractive curry menus such as "steak curry", and I would like to visit you soon (v.v).

肉増量がかなり安いのが魅力。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日の夕方、開店の17:00に訪問し私はステーキ丼肉４００グラム、連れはトンテキ肉４００グラムを注文。
どちらのメニューも肉好きなら食べてみる価値はありますね、美味しかったです。特にステーキ丼の肉はやや硬めですが、トッピングのガーリックチップやわさびとの相性がよく、食べても食べても肉が無くならない幸せな気持ちになることができました。
ガッツリ肉が食べたくなったらまた来ます。ごちそうさまでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great meat and curry! Glad to have found this place. At the moment you get a free drink if you post on social media. It's a really good deal. And they have Wifi! Much more satisfying than CoCo Ichibanya!
The main thing here is really good meat and curry, and they deliver on that point. The meat is cooked really perfectly, and the curry isn't insanely thick like some other curry restaurants make it. The spices are really well selected and blended for a wholly relaxing experience. Not really "super hot and spicy!", but the spices do their job well, to build on the flavors of the meat and rice.
Really nice decorations and atmosphere here. Light guitar music plays and it's a very chill but also bright place. Very clean and modern. Perfect to cool down after a long day.
Also, the owner and chef is Hawaiian and is really cool! All in all one of the best small restaurants I've had the pleasure of finding.
