★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 桜井駅跡の公園の中にあるとても大きな石碑です。明治天皇が明治31年(1898年)に詠まれた歌が記されています。書は東郷平八郎海軍元帥で、昭和6年(1931年)の建立です。
 It is a very large stone monument in the park at the site of Sakurai station. The song written by Emperor Meiji in 1898 is recorded. The calligraphy is Heihachiro Togo, Admiral of the Navy, and was erected in 1931.
