苺のモンブランはクレームフェッテを中心に、絞りはイチゴ風味のバタークリーム、ベースはジェノワーズの構成。
ゆっくり溶けるバターからイチゴの酸味が溶けだし、ゆっくりとした味の広がりが。
そして、ベビーピンクの山も気持ちが前向きになりそうな外観だ。
