★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの久良岐(くらき)という和菓子をプレゼントでいただきました。二つ折りにされた生地にも餡がねられ、サンドされたこし餡には刻まれた栗がごろごろ入っています。見た目もたのしく、上品な甘さのお菓子です

でも店員さんのお言葉を守って冷蔵庫で冷やしてます。ので、まだ食べてないのです。でも美味しいの分かってるからね?お楽しみはこれからだ(笑)
油断していると家族に食べられてしまうかも知れない。でもその時はまた買いに行けば良いし、店舗でもフルーツ系大福は甘夏しかなかったので、期間限定とはいえ、しばらくは大丈夫だろう。

専門店の和菓子は一味違うと感じます。

ゲテモノと思ったけれど食べてみたら
美味しくて感激したという記事を見ました(笑)このお店の和菓子も美味しいので

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豆大福、福ふく栗、栗と薩摩芋のお菓子?、太郎まんじゅうを買いました。
大福は粒餡が大きくて豆も丁度いい炊き具合で好きな味です。太郎まんじゅうはお醤油が入っているそうで少し甘じょっぱくてやわらかでした。
この中で一番好きだったのは福ふく栗?、栗饅頭の粒餡のような感じでしっかりした栗と小豆を感じられました。ご馳走さまでした

本日は、イチゴ大福ではなくて、栗どら焼きをかいました。栗が大きくてアンコは甘すぎない、皮はもちもち美味しいです。
