★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの店舗でソファーを買いました。買った後のアフターケアが酷すぎて二度と買いません。買うまでは店員は丁寧に接客してきましたが、購入後の配送に関することや、引き取り家具についても設置日までこちらから連絡しなければ何も対応してくれなかったです。酷い店

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 商品が届くのが遅れるのは仕方がないと思うが、電話対応がめちゃくちゃ良くないのと、商品を2つに分けて送るということであれば、先に伝えるべき。間違えて残りの何個かは発注してないのかと思うし、何かの手違いがあったのかと心配もする。安い買い物ではないので、マニュアル対応ではなく客が何を求めているのか考えた方が良い。今後こちらでは注文は控えたいと思います。皆さんもお気をつけください。
