こちらの希望を簡単に聞いてPCで検索するのみで、こちらが何か質問しないと無言でPCを見ていてプランの提案などはありませんでした。
検索して予約するだけなら自宅でネットで出来ますし、何の為に旅行代理店まで足を運んだのか分かりませんでした。
楽しい旅行の予約なのに笑顔も気遣いもなく、こちらも気分が落ちてしまいとても残念でした。
早く決めたかったので今回は予約しましたが、またお願いしたいとは思いません。
お安いプランでも短期でも、その人にとってはとても大きな金額で大切な旅行かもしれません。
いまはコロナなどで大変かもしれませんが、一人ひとりのお客さんにせめて笑顔の接客くらいはして欲しいなと思いました。
