ヤ	ヤスコーン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ そばにもこだわりがあり、本当においしかったです。私はゆずセットをいただきましたが、三種類の小鉢に卵焼き、しんじょ、大きな栗の渋皮煮が入って、どれもおいしかったです。そこに天ぷらもつき、デザートにフルーツまでいただきました。おいしい盛りそばで、お値段も安くて、嬉しい限りです。場所も、広い敷地で回りを散策できたり、中には、おばあちゃんの手作りコーナーもあり、楽しいです。また行きたいです。 The soba noodles were also particular, and they were really delicious. 鈴	鈴木定光 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もりそば（ニ八手打ち）730円横浜の一茶庵手打ちそば教室で、技術修得して2017年6月に開業した「手打ち蕎麦屋」さんです。金曜日から日曜日の週３日間の営業で、臨時休業もあるので確認してからの訪問をお薦めします。客室は席間広く、通常の座卓、掘り込み床の座卓でキャパ20人くらい。ご夫婦二人の営みです。女将の明るく丁寧な接客で居心地良いです。 2021年7月上旬の週末昼間に訪問しました。「もりそば（730円）」「きのこ汁（400円）」を頂きました。手打ち蕎麦は丁寧な細切りで、香り旨味あります。3種の箸休め、デザート付でこの値段は良心的ですね。蕎麦産地は北海道磯谷産。きのこ汁は多種キノコに隠し味的な鶏肉、茄子、焼き葱が深みのある味に…種物ザクザクで満腹感あります。 2020年11月上旬の週末昼間に訪問しました。玉子焼（500円）、きのこ汁（400円）、柚セット（1,380円）を頂きました。手打ち蕎麦は、丁寧な細切りで高品質を維持してます。野菜天ぷらは豪快な造りで満腹感あります。「玉子焼」ほのかな甘みに出汁感じ、美味いです。「きのこ汁」多種キノコに隠し味的な鶏肉、茄子、焼き葱が旨味を増し逸品です。 ♯手打ち蕎麦 Morisoba (two-handed) 730 yen It is "Handmade Soba Shop" which opened in June 2017 after learning the technique at Ichichaan Handmade Soba Class in Yokohama. 夏	夏なつお on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蕎麦が極細で歯応えしっかりで美味しかったです。ゆずせっとのかき揚げ、大盛にしましたが蕎麦はやや少なめ、でも小皿とか沢山付いてくるので充分です。前回売り切れだったので今回は事前予約しました。時間に少し遅れても穏やかな雰囲気で迎え入れてくれた夫婦の人柄も最高でした? 雰囲気もまた調味料ですよね? 12時には売り切れになってしまうとのことなので事前予約をおすすめします✨ 再訪問しました。今回は五合盛りに、相変わらずのクオリティーと穏やかな雰囲気はわざわざ行って食べる価値ありです。 The buckwheat noodles were very fine, crunchy and delicious.
