店内に入るとその広さに少々驚き、磨き上げられた床や柱に、店の姿勢が感じ取れ料理に期待がたかまる。
ざるそばと天ぷらセット2人前が配膳されたが、盛り付けも綺麗で好感が持てる。
一口すすって、これまでの八溝蕎麦印象を変えざるを得ないと改めました。
完成度の高い蕎麦を食して、幸せなひと時を過ごしました。

今度はかき揚げ蕎麦を食べてみよう。
