★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 悪いことは言いません。近くにある別のお蕎麦屋さんに行った方がいいです。例えそちらが混んでいても、この店よりは早く出してくれるはずです。

妖刀ででも切ったのであろう、謎の丸い断面。
市販品の様に個性の無いかえし。
きっとこれは蕎麦のヌーベルバーグです。
あと、従業員の服装が汚ったねぇ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大岳寺（だいがくじ）というお寺が２年前に閉じられ、その空き家に開業したのがこの蕎麦屋。店名の十割蕎麦のほか、各種てんぷらや八海山の飲み比べセットもあります。
湯沢駅前エリアは比較的目立つ看板や店構えの店が多いなか、元寺院という場所のせいか、こちらはとっても地味。一見して入りにくいかもしれませんが、ぜひ扉を開けてみてください。

ってか、パスタ？ラーメンのように押出しの機械で作ってるのか蕎麦の断面が丸いです（笑）
お汁も返しが弱い（江戸蕎麦と比べてすみません）ので卓上醤油を入れたい衝動にかられます。
栃尾の油揚げはお店で揚げているのか？見た目は凄く良いのに…油切りが悪くめっちゃ重い（笑）
まあ駅前のお蕎麦やさんってことで。。。
ちなみに駅前特有の「早く出てくるお蕎麦屋さん」ではありませんのでご注意を。
かけ蕎麦など温かいはありません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホールスタッフがぐだぐだで、「少々お待ちください」が口癖です。頼んでいないおつまみ3点盛りがでてきて、頼んだカレー唐揚げが出てこず、だし巻き玉子が注文通りに初めて出てきたと思ったら、ひとつしか頼んでないのに「もうひとつは後で持ってきます。」と言われました。まずはファミレスとかでバイトして注文の取り方を学んだ方が良いと思います。だし巻き玉子は塩辛い普通の卵焼きで出汁の要素が全くなかったです。レシートは絶対に確認した方が良い。悪意はないんでしょうが、頼んでいないものが入っていたり、頼んだものが入っていない等多数ありました。値段も不相応に高い。4人連れで4人席が空いていたのに6人席に案内されたのは客がこれ以上入ると回らないとの判断だったと後で理解しました。席数を減らせばいいんだと思いますが。
おじさんの愛想が良いのがせめてもの救いでした。

お寺のお堂のような段差のある店内でした。
お蕎麦は美味しかったですが、待つ時間が長いので(30分〜45分)新幹線の時間がある人はご注意！注文も間違えていたり、確認が何回か来ます笑

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ へぎ蕎麦と野菜の天麩羅は美味しかったです。ただ忙しい時間に伺ったようで提供がグダグダでした。さらに写真と実物があまりに違いすぎて間違ったのかと思うほどです。これではリピーターはつかないでしょう。地元のビールや日本酒、ツマミも沢山在るのですが残念。
Hegi soba and vegetable tempura were delicious. It was just a busy time and the offer was ugly. Furthermore, the photograph and the real thing are so different that I wonder if it was wrong. This won't give you repeaters. Unfortunately, there are many local beers, sake and knobs.
