いろいろな相談や悩み、検査結果を詳しく教えて頂き本当は☆5(最高)を付けたいのですが…。
受付にいる３人いる内１人の方対応が最悪です。
まず、挨拶がない。
そして愛想もまったく無く患者さんを見下しています。
他の２人の職員さんは、挨拶もあり普通の対応です。
なるべくならば、改善して頂きたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ごん太さんに賛同です。女医さんや看護師さんは凄く丁寧ですが、受付の方達の態度がダメです。患者さんが近くに居るのにも関わらず患者さんの悪口を平気で言ったり、患者さんの容姿を見て笑っていたり、毎回思います。去年の話ですが、知人は受付した後待合室に移動する際に受付のギャルみたいな人に「くさーい」って聞こえるような声で言われてました。その他の受付の方も、それを見て爆笑してました。その後、プレートで匂い消しにわざとらしく仰いだり。その現場を見て愕然としました。折角、先生や看護師さん達がいい人なのに…。受付全員総入れ替えして欲しいくらいです！(怒)

Every time I am thinking about everything, saying a bad mood of a patient in spite of the patient being near, or being laughing at the patient's appearance. Last year's story, an acquaintance was told to the waiting room after acceptance that a person like girls of reception received a voice that sounds like "Kiss". Other receptionists were also burst out laughing at that. Afterwards, I ask you to wipe out the odor on the plate. I was shocked to see the scene. Even though the teacher and nurses are good people ... We want all receptionists to change total! (Anger)

ちょっとした症状でも診てくれていつも助かっています。看護師の方もいつも親切で優しいです。
でもとにかく受付の人がいつも感じが悪いのでひとつ星マイナス。患者に対しての言い方がキツイのは当たり前だしいつも雑談ばかりしていて、肩くらいの長さの髪も束ねずに下ろしているのも衛生面が気になる。
先生や看護師はとてもいいのに残念。
