外来初診は受け付けて貰えません。開業医等の他医院の紹介のみ。竹田総合病院を含む他科に掛かっていて担当医に相談しても、紹介して診て貰えるかどうか微妙。竹田、山鹿は科によっては外来初診は受け付けて貰えない様なので、事前に予約センターに電話で要確認。因みに、総合案内に電話確認しても、外来初診出来ないことを教えてくれないし、最終的に予約センターに電話するよう促されます。
※追記：上記は、眼科医を探していた際での評価で、全てに該当するとは限りません。

Outpatient first visits will not be accepted. Only referrals to other clinics such as practitioners. Even if you go to other departments including Takeda General Hospital and consult with your doctor, it is delicate whether you can introduce them and see them. Takeda and Yamaga do not seem to accept the first outpatient visit depending on the department, so please call the reservation center in advance to confirm. By the way, even if I call the general information, it does not tell me that I can not make the first outpatient visit, and I am finally prompted to call the reservation center.
