日頃から気になっており、初来店。
鉄火丼（赤身）を注文。
切り身は厚く 筋もなく歯切れ良く ねっとりとしていて マグロの赤身の味をしっかりと堪能できました。とても美味しい鉄火丼でした。
３歳の子供は今まで食わず嫌いで 刺身を全く食べた事は無かったのですが あまりに美味しそうに見えたのか 食べたいと言いました。
食べてみると 美味しいと 一切れ食べてしまいました。（その後 安い赤身を 食べさせましたが 一口食べた後 美味しくないと食べませんでした笑）
また来店したいと思います。

I ordered Tekkadon (red meat).
The fillet was thick, crisp and sticky, and I was able to fully enjoy the taste of lean tuna. It was a very delicious Tekkadon.
The 3-year-old child didn't like to eat and had never eaten sashimi, but he said he wanted to eat it because it looked too delicious.
When I tried it, I ate a piece when it was delicious. (After that, I ate cheap lean meat, but after eating a bite, I didn't eat it unless it was delicious lol)
I would like to visit the store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内入ってすぐにテーブル席やカウンター席があります。2階にも広くて落ち着く宴会場兼お座敷席があり、テーブルも用意されているので足腰のツラい方にも畳の部屋でテーブル席でゆっくり食事ができます。お刺身がとにかく新鮮で！美味しいです。が、迷って迷って｢トンカツ｣とか｢エビフライ｣の定食を注文しても、こんなに？！ってぐらい小鉢にお刺身が付いてきますよ！刺身定食とは違った切り方で さらにお刺身の歯ごたえや味を楽しめるので色々と注文してみてください。ボリューム満点なのにリーズナブルでとにかく店員さんが親切！ 地元の穴場冠婚葬祭仕出しもやってるホントに美味い店、見つけた！って感じです。

お店は少し高級感がありいい雰囲気のお店でした。
今回特に人気の様子の鉄火丼を注文。
鉄火丼に使われてるマグロは中々美味しくシャリには下品にならない程度にガリが刻んで入れてあり拘りが感じられる鉄火丼です。
人参とゴボウのキンピラとお吸い物もとっても美味。
ただ少し気になったのがお店がオープンしているのにお店に入っても誰も気付かない所やお会計で鈴を何回も鳴らしても気付かない所に関しては少し問題かもしれません。
拘りを持って作っているとはいえ一杯1600円の鉄火丼をランチで提供する以上一般の方の感覚では少しいいお店の扱いになります。
そのようなお店の場合接客対応に関しては最低限のレベルが求められるのではないかと思いました。
ランチの時間帯でしたがお客さんはほとんど入っていなかったため行列に並んだりなどの心配はないのでそこはいい点かと思います。

Even though it is made with great care, it is a little better for the general public as long as it serves a bowl of kaisendon for 1,600 yen for lunch.
In the case of such a store, I thought that the minimum level of customer service would be required.
It was lunch time, but there weren't many customers, so I didn't have to worry about lining up in a line, so I think that's a good point.

お店は建て替えたのかすごくキレイでした。
