★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 皮はパリパリ身はフワフワで大変美味しくいただきました。お漬物もさっぱりと鰻によく合いました。
入店時、混んでいて少々お時間いただきますと言われたものの、さほど待たされる事もなく、気持ちの良い応対をしていただきました。
 The skin was crispy and the flesh was fluffy and very delicious. The pickles also went well with the eel.

通常の鰻重より安い値段設定でした。
鰻重の鰻の厚さや質と同じ鰻で出して
もらえるので、鰻の量が鰻重より少量
ですが、しっかり炭火焼きしてあるので
皮がカリカリ、身が厚く、脂がのった
鰻で、丁度しょっぱい系のタレとも相性も
抜群です。タレが程良くご飯にかかって
いるのも良いです❗️
ご飯の量や鰻のバランスもよく、
お吸い物も良かったです。
美味しかったので、また行きたいお店です❗️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店についた途端に！鰻の香ばしい香りが、、これだけで絶対うまいと思い入店。中は昔から受け継がれる老舗のような古民家風の雰囲気で最高です。
また出てきたうなぎも皮がパリッ！そして中はフワッ、、。
やめられない、止まらないうな重でした。吸い物の肝もそうですが全てがうまい!
大切な人を招待したり、記念日やお祝いでも絶対喜ばれるお店です。
私は絶対また行きます!

十台ぐらいは停められるのでしょうか。
GoogleMAPでナビして行くと、目的地に到着しているにも関わらず、もう少し先を案内されたので戸惑いました。
Google先生は時に気ままなことを学びました。
駐車場はイメージより広くて駐車しやすかったです。
お店の外観も内装もとてもクラシックでビンテージでいい感じです。
敷居が高いイメージですが、他の浜名湖周辺のうなぎ屋さんたちよりは値段はリーズナブルです。
味はべらぼうに美味しかったです。
こんなに美味しいうなぎは食べたことがありません。
一生の思い出になりました。
本当に美味しかったです。

昔のうなぎ屋に、何度か寄ったことはあったが到着時間が全く合わないので、口コミに息子さん？の店と、あったようなので、一般道を帰る予定を高速で向かう。
オーダーストップギリギリになりそうなので途中で電話。
しかし、ウナギを予約は出来ないとの返事。
到着しても無かったらごめんなさい。と言われたが、めげずに目指す。
何とかギリギリに間に合い。
嫁との2人分を食えました。
美味かったです。
外はカリカリ、中はフワフワ。

ふかふかな鰻が堪能できました。

焼き方は関西風です。甘めのタレを使い、香ばしく焼き上げられ、それを口に含むとじゅわっとジューシーな旨味の強い脂が広がります。
タレの甘みと、焼気に起因する僅かな苦み、旨味爆弾の脂がハーモニーを奏でます。当に幸せを噛みしめるとはこのことだと思う。
誰にでもお勧めできる店です。
また訪ねたいと思います。ご馳走さまでした。
