★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元よりお気に入りの店でしたが今後長く利用させて頂きたいと考えている為、投稿をしました。
接客は並、ネタの良し悪しが解る程通ではないがシャリに関しては日によって大きなムラがあることを今日初めて知りました。本日はかなりパサついており初見で提供されていたとしたら二度と来店しない程でした。
わさびも全く辛みがなく生わさびを使用しているならまだしも練りわさびで全く辛みがないのならどれだけ古いものを使用されたのか気になりました。
また店内天井照明客側の一ヶ所にゴキブリが動いていませんでしたがおり、他の箇所も何かしらが居ました。保健所が審査するのは生きているもののみなのでしょうか？食べる前から食欲が削がれました。
昨今なにかと気を回すことの多い時期ですが今後ともよろしくお願いします。

夜6時以降に良く買いますが、以前毛がネタとシャリの間にくっついていました。
細心の注意をはらっているとは思いますが、人が作っているので仕方がないと思います。
でも作ってる方は作るのが終わると見える所でネットも帽子も被らずウロチョロしていました。違う日も被らずウロチョロしていました。
見えない所で作ってるので衛生面でも気になります。
とても残念です。

私は最近初めて利用しましたが、コロナ以前からずっと持ち帰り専門で立地も特別恵まれているというわけでもないにもかかわらず長く続いているのは、地元の人たちに重宝されているということでしょうか。
事前に電話で注文するとスムーズに受け取ることができます。
好きなネタを選んでオーダーできる「わがまま丼」がおすすめで、実店舗のメニュー表には公式Webサイトに乗っていないネタも選べるようでした。写真を添付しますのでご参考ください。

持ち帰り専門で、電話予約推奨ですが店頭で注文して待つ事もできます。
店の雰囲気が安っぽく、失敗したかなぁと不安になりました。
寿司は決まったセットのみで、例えば穴子だけ追加したい、みたいなカスタマイズは出来ず。
ところが、わがまま丼というのがあって、コチラは2〜3種類の具を好きに選んで丼にしてもらえます。
安くてボリュームもあって、にわかには信じがたい。
握りのセットはネタが新鮮な上に大きくて、写真より実物のほうが新鮮そうでボリュームもあるってどういう事だ。逆広告詐欺。
確実に、回転寿司より旨いです。
ビックリした。
残念ながら寿司のカスタマイズが出来ないので星ひとつ減らしました。
あとは最高！
