立ち寄りました。
ランチを食べました。
量も多めでネタも良く
バランスが良かったです。
美味しいお寿司がリーズナブルに食べることが出来てよかったです。
お店も綺麗でお店の方も丁寧に接客してくださりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 浜名湖の隠れメニュー？と言われる【牡蠣カバ丼】を食べに行ってきた。
今のご時世はネット社会と言っても過言では無いので今となっては全然珍しくも無いが当時は【牡蠣カバ丼】って凄く珍しいメニューだった。
色んなお店がある中で自分がチョイスしたのは【お寿司屋さん】
何故なら…
漁師さんや料理長、店主などいつも色んな人達から情報を得ているがやはり寿司屋は【下処理】がちゃんとしているからである。
皆が【鰻は浜名湖！】みたいな感じで絶賛しているが浜名湖の鰻は正直美味しくない…
そもそも【水】がダメだしね。鰻だったら個人的に【三島近辺】ではなかろうか…
でも、いまのご時世下手に言うと【炎上】するし…
だからとりあえず美味いと言ってるのかも。。。
まぁ鰻はさておき【牡蠣カバ丼】だが…
肉厚が凄い！！
養殖ではあるが身はかなりの食べ応え。
浜名湖なので磯の香りはそこまで感じられないが何故か少し香りがある…何故？？？
味付けも寿司屋だけあって素材の味を生かす為【薄味】刻みの柚子は好き嫌いが分かれる所。
個人的には要らないw
牡蠣は【海のミルク】と言われるぐらいクリーミーが特徴だが生で無い為と肉厚が厚すぎてクリーミーさはほとんど無い。
【食いごたえがある牡蠣！】って感じだ！
刺身に至っては…【普通】でした。
他の店舗を食べていないので何とも言えないが個人的にはアッサリした味付けもで中々良かった！！
…何の料理にしても鮮度が命の料理ならやはり【水】が大切だよ！
ごちそうさまでした。(^^)

Although it is aquaculture, the body is quite responsive to eating.
Because it's Lake Hamana, I can't feel the scent of the rocky shore so much, but for some reason it has a little scent ... why? ?? ??
There is only a sushi restaurant for seasoning, so to make the best use of the taste of the ingredients, [light taste] chopped yuzu is a place where people like and dislike it.

Oysters are so creamy that they are called [sea milk], but because they are not raw, they are too thick and have almost no creaminess.

牡蠣はぷりぷりと大きくて、お吸い物もあつあつでおいしかった。
ミニうな丼セットは、お刺身と卵焼きと肝吸いがついていてお得でした。
お酒いっぱいじゃ足りないくらい(笑)
鰻は脂が乗っていてやわらかくてもっと食べたくなりました！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて牡蠣カバ丼を食してきました。このお店を選んだのは、お寿司屋さんだから下処理がしっかりしてそうで丁寧な仕事をしているだろうと予想しました。予想に違わず、大きな牡蠣で身がプリプリしていてとても美味しい～ほんのり柑橘系の香りがしているのでお聞きしてみると、ミカンの皮の白い薄皮を取り除いてオレンジ色の皮だけを切ってタレに加えているそうで、やっぱり丁寧なお仕事をされているんだなぁと感じました。舘山寺温泉のおすすめ温泉を聞いてみるとやっぱり「華咲の湯」だそうで、通常1.420円の入浴料が1.100円になる割引券を頂き利用してきました。職人さんもおかみさんも親切で優しくて好感が持てました。
