店主自ら焼き鳥が大好きらしく、沢山のお店で修行されており、焼き鳥のプロフェッショナル。
焼鳥から鶏鍋まで手掛けており、まさに鶏料理のプロ。実は裏メニューの方が多い。良いものが入荷出来ると常連に限らず惜しまず提供してくれる。
今でもお店をやる傍ら都内の有名焼鳥店でアルバイトしながら、腕を磨いているらしい。
店主は酒豪なので自ら焼鳥にあう日本酒、焼酎まで鳥料理に合う酒を探しているので、おススメを出してくれる。
ホスピタリティも凄いが、今はコロナの影響もあり予約制になっており、受ける予約も数少ないので、かなり前から予約しないと食べれない。
