★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時間が無くて、舞茸を買う時間しかなかったのが残念でしたが、直営だけあって香りや歯応えが強く、帰宅して天ぷらで食べたら、近所のスーパーで食べていたものとは別物の美味しさでしたね。
値段も安いし、舞茸・エリンギ？・しめじの三種セットを七百円くらいで買えて、袋入だったのワガママ言って箱に無料で入れて頂きました。
お土産に最高です。次回はレストランに行ってみたいと思います。
 It was a pity that I didn't have time and had only time to buy Maitake mushrooms, but because it was directly managed, it had a strong scent and crunchiness, and when I got home and ate it with tempura, it was different from what I had eaten at the local supermarket. It was delicious.
The price is cheap, and Maitake mushrooms and Eringi?・ I bought a set of three kinds of shimeji mushrooms for about 700 yen, and they said that they were in a bag and put them in the box for free.
Great for souvenirs. Next time I would like to go to a restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雪国まいたけの雪ちゃんグッズが有ると聞いてレストランのついでに行ったが種類が少なく、他の物産品も同様で残念。普段はそんなに混雑する所では無いですが、観光バスの団体さんが立寄るスポットのため運悪く一緒になると混雑＆レジが列びます。
アイス一つ買うのに団体さんに交じって列んで居たら、お店の人の配慮でレジをその場で済ませてくれました。ちゃんと状況を見ておられて対処が出来るスタッフさんがいます。
I went to the restaurant when I heard that there was snow country goods from Maitake Yukiguni, but there were few types, so other products were the same and unfortunate. Usually, it is not so crowded, but if you are unlucky together due to the spot where tourist bus groups stop by, crowds & cashiers will appear.
When I was in line with the group to buy one ice cream, the cashier was done on the spot with the consideration of the shop staff. There is a staff who can see the situation and deal with it.

新鮮だし、とても大きな舞茸❣️
これで ひと株¥1000は激安‼️
スーパーで売ってるのとは大違い‼️
早速 ホイル焼きにして食べたら、舞茸の良い香りとコリコリとした食感がとても良かったです（＾∇＾）
店員さんの応対もとても良かったです。
又 買いに行きます。

スーパーでは手に入らないサイズ。
大きさもあるのでお得。
周辺に観光施設や道の駅みたいなものが無いので、お土産に困ったらここ。
春先に行ったので、もって帰ったまいたけは廊下の涼しい所で保管しました。
採りたてなので
①以外にしっかりしていて崩れない
②上記保管で１ヶ月
③味はスーパーより濃い目
体験採取は、親切に店員さんが教えてくれます。
店内に工場の生産の様子が動画に流れています。面白いので、待ち時間に是非見てくださいね。

菌床から切り出して販売するので
新鮮です。
友人に贈答するとすごく喜んでくれます。
他にも、まいたけ二株とか色々組み合わせできます。
