c	cho実 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鉄筋コンクリート造の旧館は築40～50年経過してますが、内装は改装を繰返し古さをあまり感じさせませんロビー棟と新館は建築時期も新しく、特にロビーの内装とロビーや通路から眺望出来る和風の中庭は、とてもセンス良く心が和みます。支配人を初めスタッフの皆さんも、とても暖かい対応で、充実した2日間を過ごせました。浴室は洗い場が確か7～8ヶ所で、岩風呂の浴槽はあまり大きくはないですが、露天風呂も有ります。泉質はあっさりして、体がポカポカになります。旅館の近隣は温泉宿が数十件あり、河川敷には露天の砂湯も有りました。街全体がとても静かで、心を落ち着かせ温泉でゆっくりくつろぎたい方にはピッタリだと思いました。 The old reinforced concrete building is 40 to 50 years old, but the interior has been repeatedly renovated and does not feel old. The lobby building and the new building have a new construction period, and the interior of the lobby and the Japanese-style courtyard that can be seen from the lobby and passages are very refreshing and soothing. The manager and all the staff were very warm and had a fulfilling two days. There are certainly 7 to 8 washrooms in the bathroom, and the rock bath tub is not very large, but there is also an open-air bath. The quality of the spring is light and the body becomes warm. There were dozens of hot spring inns near the inn, and there was also an open-air sand bath on the riverbed. The whole city is very quiet and I thought it would be perfect for those who want to calm down and relax in the hot springs.

c	cjju ymd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 完全にぼったくり、料理が酷いです。 1人30,000円以上のプランでしたが、素材も料理自体もサービスも10,000円レベルか、むしろそれ以下です。中居さんもせっかちで興醒め。こちらに泊まるなら有馬や他でまともなお宿に泊まるべきです。湯質はいいので料理なしの素泊まりで温泉だけ楽しまれるなら良いかと。 It's completely rip-off and the food is terrible. It was a plan of 30,000 yen or more per person, but the ingredients, food itself and service are at the 10,000 yen level or even less. Mr. Nakai is also impatient and awakens. If you stay here, you should stay at a decent inn in Arima or elsewhere. The quality of the hot springs is good, so I thought it would be nice if I could just enjoy the hot springs without cooking.
A	AKEMI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大きい旅館では有りませんが、落ち着いた雰囲気でスタッフの方達も親切で、気持ち良く過ごす事ができました。お風呂は、内湯も露天風呂も掛け流しで最高でした。是非又、宿泊したいです。 It's not a big ryokan, but the atmosphere was calm and the staff were kind, so I was able to spend a pleasant time. As for the bath, both the indoor bath and the open-air bath were the best. I definitely want to stay again.
ぱ	ぱっぱっ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夫婦旅行で利用させていただきました? ウェルカムドリンクの日本酒は飲みやすく美味しかったです。試飲サービスまでさせてもらい説明文付きで日本酒初体験からしたらわかり易くて良かったです♡♡ 夕食は別室で頂きました。期待以上でとっても美味しかったです☺️ 24時までは外に出てもいいと言う事だったので夜の散歩をして部屋に戻り温泉。とっても気持ちが良く長風呂してしまいました（笑）夜の中庭は、水の音虫の声のみで時間を忘れさせてくれるほど癒されました。お部屋も落ち着く居心地でしっかり眠り 8:30に朝食を頂きました。またまたこれも美味しかったです♡♡ 地鶏の卵で食べる卵かけご飯は濃厚で茶碗2杯も朝からご飯を口にかけこみました（笑）帰る際も炎天下の中、車が見えなくなるまで手を振って下さったお姿には感激しました? また利用したいなと思える素敵なつるやさん、美味しい日本酒が飲みたい方は是非泊まってみて下さい♡♡ スタッフ皆様には大変良くしてもらいお世話になりました。本当にありがとうございました☺️♡♡ I used it for a couple trip ? 村	村嶋真弓 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地酒の試飲も飲み比べをしながら3種類させてもらいました！雪が降って、とっても綺麗で、女将さんもスタッフさんも優しく、お料理もボリュームがあり、美味しくてイイ感じでした！ I also tried 3 types of local sake tasting while comparing them! It was snowing, it was very beautiful, the landlady and staff were kind, the food was voluminous, and it was delicious and good!
A	AMX-011S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 温泉は好きですが、私は泉質等にはこだわりもなく、源泉であろうがなかろうが景色の良いお風呂ならokというタイプでした。つるやさんで初めて100%源泉掛け流しの温泉に入りました。疎い私でも肌のすべすべ、いわゆる卵肌がはっきりと判りました。翌日帰宅する迄、肌のすべすべが持続していて、これには驚きました。それ以来、源泉掛け流しの温泉を第一に選ぶようになってしまいました。チェックイン時には日本酒の試飲で迎えていただけます。夕食もとても豪華でもう入らないほどお腹いっぱいになりました。夕食の準備をしてくれたスタッフの方もとても物腰柔らかく、快適に過ごさせていただけました。女将も翌朝チェックアウトには見送って頂きました。すばらしいホスピタリティー。またお伺いします。 I like hot springs, but I wasn't particular about the quality of the hot springs, and I was ok if the bath had a beautiful view, whether it was a source or not. For the first time, Tsuruya-san entered a 100% hot spring that flows directly from the source. Even though I'm sparse, I could clearly see the smoothness of the skin, the so-called egg skin. I was surprised that my skin remained smooth until I got home the next day. Since then, I have come to choose hot springs that flow directly from the source. At check-in, you will be greeted by a tasting of sake. The supper was so gorgeous that I was so full that I couldn't enter anymore. The staff who prepared the supper were also very soft and comfortable. The landlady also sent me off for check-out the next morning. Great hospitality. I will visit you again.
