★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 話を細く聴いてくれますのでありがたいですね。財布のジッパーが破損したのですが完成までに二ヶ月くらいはかかると説明がありました。かなり人気があるらしくて革製品なら何でも対応している様です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土屋鞄のブリーフケースが退色してきたので染め直しを依頼。当初の約束の2か月（これも相当長い期間と思うが）が経過しても一向に音沙汰無し。痺れを切らしこちらから連絡するとさらに1か月欲しいとのこと。さらに1か月半経過してようやく出来上がりの連絡を受けて取りに行ったが、よその業者に外注していた。
いいかげんで信頼おけない業者。

セミアニリンレザーの椅子座面の革が擦れ、ひび割れしてきたため修理をお願いしました。非常に丁寧に説明していただき、修理も完璧でした。
人の足元を見て商売（新品買うよか、安いだろと言わんばかりの値付け）する業者が多い中、貴重な存在と言えます。

価格と納期はとても良心的だと思います。
ただ、染め直しによって製品の風合いが随分変わってしまいました。
水彩画がパステルで塗りつぶされたような印象で、皮の風合いがほとんど見えなくなってしまったのが残念です。
よいお店とは思いますが、染め直しについては、どのような仕上がりになるか、よく相談されたほうがよいかと思います。
