★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 靴を4、5日預けての底の補修張りだったので、期待が大きかったせいか、ちょっとガッカリな仕上がりでした。靴を磨いてくれたのは良いのですが、艶消しの様な仕上がりで．．．。自分でブラシを掛けた方がピカピカに光沢が出てマシだな。と感じてしまいます。もし、店側に何か意図が有っての磨きで艶消しの結果だったら、その旨をしっかりお客に伝えるべきでしょうね。でないと、評価は低く成ってしまいますよ。
で、何も意図が無くてあの結果なら、方針を改めた方が良いでしょうね。世界でも名だたるメーカーの靴をくすんだ艶消しの状態で受け取るなんて客側の立場からすればトンでもない話ですよ。

If the store has some intention and the result is a matte finish, you should tell the customer that fact. Otherwise, the evaluation will be low.
So, if you have no intention and the result is that, you should change the policy. From the customer's point of view, receiving shoes from a world-famous manufacturer in a dull and matte state is not a ton.
