★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best soba I ever had. The tempura was great, but the rice was not that best, a bit regretted taking the rice with the soba. The place was excellent, with cherry trees over the dining table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These soba noodles are the real deal. You can watch them being made by hand while waiting to be seated. Healthy and delicious. The kaiseki sets are an experience and not too pricey compared to other places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite place for lunch in whole Kyoto! I think the best tempura is made here. Soba is also very good. I absolutely love the welcome buckwheat drink! All is very tasty, fresh, good-smelling. Very helpful staff. Normal price. Amazing traditional design. I absolutely advise this tasty place.
