 The environment is comfortable and welcoming. Plum wine is very good, and the entrance to the cow is instant. Teriyaki fish super surprise. You can swipe your credit card.

お肉よし、魚よし。変わり種のおでんも美味しいし、味噌燻製チーズ？も、お酒に合ってお気に入り！
There is also a tatami room where about 8 people can sit, so you can have a small banquet, or you can relax at the counter and have a date.
Good meat, good fish. The unusual oden is delicious, and is it smoked miso cheese? Also, I like it because it goes well with sake!

料理はとても美味しい。
接客もたいへん良い。
店内のインテリアなんかも良いですね。
大人の空間、といった感じなので、お子さん連れや学生さんには向きませんが。
日本酒や焼酎のラインナップがかなり好みでしたので、再訪は確実です。
唯一の難点として、料理の提供スピードはかなり遅めでした。

The food is very delicious.
The customer service is also very good.
The interior of the store is also good.
It's like an adult space, so it's not suitable for families with children or students.
I really liked the lineup of sake and shochu, so I'm sure I'll come back again.
The only drawback was that the food was served very slowly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a stylish place with excellent slow food. We thoroughly enjoyed the Chef's Choice course menu for 4,000, 10 delicious small dishes, which we savoured while conversing for almost four hours. Lovely sake (for an extra price) is also worth trying.
