★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日のランチがお得。醤油・豚骨・塩味の中から選んだラーメンとミニ丼のセットで税抜800円（2020年1月）。麺は大盛り無料。喜多方ラーメンぽく太めの平打ち縮れ麺です。
Weekday lunch deals. 800 yen without tax (January 2020) for a set of ramen and mini bowls selected from soy sauce, pork bones, and salty flavors. Noodles are free of charge. Kitakata ramen is a thick, flat, shrinkable noodle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久々に 喜多方ラーメン サッパリ頂きました が 他のところより 味濃いめだと思いました。 やっぱり 麺は喜多方の独特な麺はモチモチ チュルリン 美味しかったです！ 駐車場が無いので 駐車場代が掛かる所が 残念だった(T＿T)
I had Kitakata ramen refreshing after a long time, but I thought it was more delicious than other places. After all, the noodles were unique to Kitakata, and the chyrn noodles were delicious! Since there is no parking lot, it was a pity that the parking lot fee was charged (T_T)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらのチェーンは味が安定していて、知る限りでは、どこのお店も気持ち良く食べられます。
このお店に入ったのは、お昼前の空いている時間帯でしたが、店員さんの対応が良く、ラーメンと唐揚げは熱々で、それ以外の点も、きちんと美味しく作ってある印象でした。
私の気持ちの部分もありますが、
美味しいものを美味しく作れるのは良い事だと、しみじみ感じました。
なお、テーブルにアクリルパーティション有ります。
一人だったので、店員さんが退かしてくれました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼ちょっと過ぎに醤油ラーメンとミニ豚味噌丼セットをお願いしたのですが、提供されるまで20分以上かかりました。味はそれなりでボリュームもありますがこの遅さは困ります。昼休み終わりました。
I asked for a soy sauce ramen and a mini pork miso bowl set just after noon, but it took more than 20 minutes to be served. The taste is rather voluminous, but this slowness is a problem. The lunch break is over.

若干塩分が多めですが、麺にスープがしっかり絡んでいて美味しいです。

ちょと背脂浮いた感じの濃いめの味付けですが、ちぢれ麺との相性がよいです。
おすすめは醤油です。
ランチが、日替わりから週替わりになってました。
This is Kitakata ramen.
It has a strong flavor with a little lard, but it goes well with the small noodles.
I recommend soy sauce.
Lunch has changed from daily to weekly.
