★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の17時に伺いました。お客さんが他にいなかったので静かに食事ができました。
飲み物も料理もおいしかったです。
パスタを1つ頼んだのですが個々に２人分わけてきて貰えて食べやすかったです。
ただパスタを食べているときにアサリの殻の破片が何回もジャリッジャリッとなったのが少しだけ残念でしたので星4で。あとは完璧です！
I visited at 17:00 on Sunday. I was able to eat quietly because there were no other customers.
The drinks and food were delicious.
I ordered one pasta, but it was easy to eat because it was divided into two pieces.
However, it was a little disappointing that the clam shell fragments became jersey many times while eating pasta, so it was 4 stars. The rest is perfect!

機会に恵まれずやっと行けました。
鮑の肝のソースのパスタなどちょっと他では食べられないようなメニューも。
どれも美味しすぎて飲みすぎてしまいました。
お店の名前はイタリア語で『へべれけ』とい意味らしいので正しい利用ですよね^_^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜のランチに妻と2人で伺いました。11時前に電話してギリギリ席を取れたので予約は必須です。店内は黒を基調とした落ち着いた雰囲気で、2人席のテーブルが4つとカウンター。駐車場はありません。
ランチはAコース、Bコース、予約時に注文が必要なCコースです。
カブのポタージュ：カブの風味を活かしつつ、まろやかで甘みのありとても美味しいです。温かいので寒い日には嬉しい。
前菜盛り合わせ：手前はとちおとめを生ハムで包み、バルサミコ酢とオリーブオイルを粉状に仕上げたもの。バランスよく味が整っていて美味しいです。右上はカプレーゼをイメージしたものでモッツァレラチーズとトマトが入っています。詳しくは覚えていませんがどれも非常に美味しい。
パスタ：4種類の中から、牡蠣とほうれん草のクリームパスタと、サルシッチャのトマトパスタ（自家製ハーブ入り）麺は食感がしっかりしており、どちらもメイン料理として食べ応えがありました。ラザニアもありましたが予約必須の限定5食なので次回こそは食べてみたいと思います。
少しリッチな価格ですがそれ以上の満足度で、ぜひまた来店したいと思いました。店内は良い雰囲気で落ち着いて食事が出来るのも魅力の1つだと思います。

I visited with my wife for lunch on Sunday. I called before 11 o'clock and got a seat at the last minute, so a reservation is essential. The interior has a calm atmosphere based on black, with four tables for two and a counter. There's no parking lot.
Lunch is A course, B course, and C course that needs to be ordered at the time of booking.
Turnip Pottage: It is mellow, sweet and very delicious while taking advantage of the flavor of turnip. It's warm so I'm happy on a cold day.
Assorted appetizers: In the foreground, Tochiotome is wrapped in prosciutto and balsamic vinegar and olive oil are finished into powder. It has a well-balanced taste and is delicious. The upper right is an image of caprese and contains mozzarella cheese and tomatoes. I don't remember the details, but they are all very delicious.
Pasta: Of the four types, oyster and spinach cream pasta and salsiccia tomato pasta (with homemade herbs) noodles have a firm texture, and both were satisfying as main dishes. There was also lasagna, but since it is a limited 5 meals that must be reserved, I would like to try it next time.
The price is a little rich, but I was more satisfied with it, so I definitely wanted to come back again. I think one of the attractions is that the restaurant has a nice atmosphere and you can have a calm meal.
It was a treat.
