ほんのりピリ辛の醤油ラーメンは飽きずに食べられるお味でした。
 It's like Kotteri, but you can ask for a regular ramen at the same price.
The slightly spicy soy sauce ramen was a taste that can be eaten without getting tired.

If you like tsukemen in Niigata, I would recommend this restaurant first. Star 5 is certain because it is delicious, but the amount is a little high. Is it because the place is Furumachi?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新潟出張のお楽しみの1つ。古町で大人なお酒を楽しんだ後は満月で〆。辛し味噌ラーメンが売りの店ですが、個人的にはシンプルな「らーめん」がイチオシ！魚ダシのスープが私好みなんですよね。ちなみに、タバコOKなお店です。ごちそうさまでした。
One of the fun of visiting Niigata. After enjoying adult sake in Furumachi, it's the full moon. The shop sells spicy miso ramen, but I personally recommend the simple Ramen! I prefer fish stock soup. By the way, it is a shop where cigarettes are OK. Thank you for the meal.

It's a delicious ramen. I always go to the end after getting drunk in Furumachi. I can eat it without any resistance.

山形の辛味噌ラーメンを新潟で食べられるお店は「ちゃーしゅーや武蔵」がメジャーですが、こちらの辛し味噌はこってりでお願いすると背脂がたっぷり入ってくるのが特徴です。
カロリー的には高めかと思いますが、やめられない魅力があります。
