★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応が最悪。市からの紹介でかけてるのに「どこでここのこと知ったんですか？」と意地悪な、若干笑いを含んだ声で言われてあ然。
紹介で…、と伝えたら、「ああ、そうですか」とやっと聞く体制になった。なにそれ…？怖…。
受付の女性が始終イライラしていて、何故かこちらがペコペコさせられた。コロナで忙しいにしても、電話受付係は関係無いだろうに。久しぶりに病院探しって本当に大変だなとうんざりさせられました
Telephone correspondence is the worst. Even though I was introduced by the city, I was told with a mean, slightly laughing voice, "Where did you know about this place?"
When I told him that he was introduced, he finally asked, "Oh, that's right." what is that…? fear….
The lady at the reception was frustrated all the time, and for some reason I was made to flutter. Even if you're busy with Corona, the phone receptionist wouldn't matter. I was tired of finding a hospital for the first time in a long time.
