先日、発熱外来にて初めての受診でした。 発熱外来を利用するにあたって、電話をする必要があると説明され電話をかけましたがその時の電話の対応が酷かったです。 初めての受診であるということを伝えても尚、知ってて当たり前…のようなニュアンスで対応され不親切だなと感じました。 正直電話の時点でここの病院で検査を受けるのは嫌だな、と思いましたがコロナのこともありそんな事も言っていられないので結局検査をしていただきました。 もう少し電話の時の対応を気をつけた方がいいかと思います………

8月24日に気管支が辛いので発熱はないが一応風邪症状なので呼吸器内科に受診したくて電話で問い合わせたら女性の職員の方が喧嘩腰に受診を断られた。他の病院に行ってくれと言われた。せめてレントゲンでもお願いしたけれどそれでもダメだと言われた。コロナ禍なので風邪症状と捉えてのことだろう。が喧嘩腰ではなく断わるにしてももっと言いようがあるだろう。こちらは辛くて弱ってる人間なのに、ここは風邪症状がある人間をバイ菌扱いするらしい。看板かホームページに風邪症状がある患者はお断りと堂々とでかでかと掲げればいいそうすればこちらもはじめから嫌な思いをしなくて済む。
