★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 咳が２ヶ月ほど止まらず、内科なのか耳鼻咽喉科なのか呼吸器内科なのかわからず、とりあえず内科と呼吸器内科を専門とするこちらにお世話になりました。こじんまりとした、昔ながらの内科病院といった感じで、長く通われている方もいるようです。
先生はお年を召した女医さんで、とても物腰柔らかな印象です。咳の考えられる原因をリスト化し、１つずつ懸念事項から消去法で一緒に確認しました。
レントゲンを撮り、肺がん検査をしましたが、レントゲン写真をパソコンにとりこんで拡大し、一緒に確認事項を目視しました。
このような女医さんにお目にかかるのは、初めてです。
丁寧な診察をなさるので、少し時間がかかります。一時間くらいかかったでしょうか。
予約システムはありません。薬は近くの中山調剤薬局で受け取れます。

健康診断で２年前から要治療の通知が届くようになり、観念して診察を受けました。
左腕３回、右腕３回、左腕３回と肘関節内側の脈位置を確認しながら血圧測定を繰り返し計測値の左右安定を確認した後に持参した健康診断記録(経歴)を参照した上で年齢及びコレステロール値から適切な投薬を処方して頂きました。

自覚症状から気管支炎か軽度の肺炎のどちらかだと考え初診を受けました。
問診では丁寧に話を聞いて下さり伝えたいことはすべて話せました。
また、胸部レントゲン撮影では横浜市の肺癌検診制度の利用を提案して下さり第三者による画像セカンドピニオン付きで医療費同じと患者にはありがたかったです。
さらに、レントゲン撮影での位置取りの基本に忠実で写り難い自然気胸でのブラ(肺組織が薄くなった部位)が私にも見て取れました。
これで私は納得してしまいました。30年前の若き頃自然気胸の手術を受けており、初夏と初冬の季節の変わり目に持病の軽い自然気胸一歩前状態になることが良くあったのですが、温暖な横浜に転勤して忘れていました。
自覚症状は、のど風邪と持病の多重発生だったのです。
のど風邪の治療薬を処方して頂き、すっきりした気持ちで帰りました。

主人の肺の様子がおかしく、呼吸が苦しくなったり肺に痛みを感じるというので伺いましたが、初診で受け付け時間終了間際に駆け込んだのにも関わらず、イヤな顔ひとつ見せないどころか、看護師さん達は先に帰しても、「私はいつまでだっていいのよ?」と言いつつ、むしろ喜んで診察してくださっている程で、その姿勢に感動しました。
本当にお仕事が大好きでのめり込んでいらっしゃるというか、イキイキと熱中されていらっしゃると言うか、医療に心を注ぎ込んで注力されておられる真の医療人だなぁ～❗️と感じました。
けっこうなご高齢とお見受けしましたが、パソコンのような機械やレントゲンなども全く問題なく使いこなし、知性も非常に明晰で、レントゲン写真の判断も優れておられると感じました。また、レントゲンの料金も市の肺がん健診として扱ってくれたのでとても助かりました。
昨今は金儲けやイメージばかりが先行したチャラチャラした医師が多いと感じることが多い中、質素なたたずまいではありますが本当に患者さん思いで、医師としての仕事に心血を注ぎ込む、医師としてのあるべき姿を体現しておられます。
このような医道に専心しておられる素晴らしい先生が近くにいらしたことを感謝すると共に、多くの若い先生方にこの姿勢を見習ってほしいと強く思わされています。
小さな医院ですが、もっと詳しい検査の必要がある場合には大きな病院に繋いでくれますので、全く問題ありません。
今後も必要が生じたときには是非お世話になりたいと思います。
