★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近くに大きな病院がなく新緑へ、受付の方は親切な方で皮膚科でかかった時には女医さんを紹介して頂きましたが、お医者様は対応が悪く他の病院へ通いました、整形にもお世話になりましたが、そちらも良い印象はありませんでした。何も解決しませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何処でもそうかと思いますが科によって当たりハズレが凄く極端だと思います。受付も同じで なんだこいつ〜って思う人もいます。本当に親身になって聞いてくれるドクターもいれば 適当に済ますドクターもいるので 本当は星1つにしようかと思ったけど たまに当たり？のドクターもいるので2つにしました？

結果、難病と言われるような重大な病気で大きな手術がすぐに必要でしたが、レントゲンをとっても平気だと嘲笑うように診察されました。
本人が再診を希望したらしいのですが、大丈夫だけどね。と笑いながら話され、相当不愉快だったと思います。
他の病院では、治療を急いだほうがいい病気だと判断してくださり無事手術をすることができましたが、
病気自体も後遺症を一生背負っていかないといけないものでしたので、このような態度をとった医師を恨みます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 横浜市の検診でレントゲン結果に異常が認められ紹介状もなくまるっきりの新規で行ったところピロリ菌によるダメージがわかり除菌治療後定期的に内視鏡検査を受けています。それまでは近所の総合病院にかかっていましたが何せ2時間待ちが普通。こちらは６年前にはすでに電話予約システムが確立しており無駄な待ち時間なしで受診可能です。診察の受付も支払いもシステムの機械に診察券を読み込ませるだけ。採血、心電図、CT、MRI、内視鏡検査、定期健康診断で何度も行っていますが不手際や気分を害するような対応は一度も受けたことはありません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 健康診断の内科検診で、女でも男の先生に診てもらわないといけないのでしょうか？それは仕方ないとしても、服を首のところまで捲り上げる必要はあるのか甚だ疑問です。少し抵抗があったので胸の上くらいで止めていたのですが、サイドについていた看護師（女性)が「服を捲ってください、捲ったらそのまま交代します。」と言って交代した後、容赦なく上まで捲ってきました。気遣いとかないんですか？
前回はラ女性の先生だったので、そういう配慮がある病院なんだと思っていました。ただのラッキーでしたが。
本当に不快だったので次からは違う病院で検診を受けることにします。会社の健康診断を受けられる上に、家から近く便利だったので残念ですが、あまりにも気持ち悪いので。

母親が脳梗塞でお世話になってます。
昔は良い評判ではなかったけど、今回母親がお世話になって、評価は一新。
かれこれ5ヶ月目になるが、このコロナ禍で見舞いもできないが、新緑病院は院外面会（リモート面会）が、週2回10分出来る。とてもありがたい。なかなか、リモートがOKの病院はない。あっても病院まで行って、リモート面会。病院まで行くなら合わせてほしいけど、今は無理。それから、看護師さんもソーシャルワーカーさんも優しい方が多い。ほんとにありがたい。脳外科の担当医の野田先生も希望を与えてくれる物言いをしてくれて、感謝。最悪のケースを話されるかたもいるが、そんな事は分かっている。希望を与えてくれる事がどれだけありがたいか。新緑はとてもいい病院になっている。

I am very grateful. It's hard to find a hospital where remote control is OK. Even if there is, I went to the hospital and had a remote visit. If you go to the hospital, I'd like you to match it, but I can't do it now. Also, many nurses and social workers are kind. I really appreciate it. I am grateful to Dr. Noda, the doctor in charge of neurosurgery, for giving me hope. Some people talk about the worst case, but I know that. How grateful it is to give us hope. Fresh green is a very good hospital.

お医者様も看護師の方も大変な状況の中、検査やCTを急ぎ手配してくださいました。回復後も、心配なことはないかと丁寧に話を聞いてくださったり帰りの足を気にしてくださったり、本当に感謝しています。
