★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 病院に行くと正面玄関で患者1人1人の体温チェックと問診を職員さんが行なっていて、感染対策を頑張っているなと感じました。問診も丁寧にやさしく質問してくれて、とても安心できましたよ。医療従事者の方々、ご苦労様です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何回か行きましたが対応の良い先生と悪い先生の差がかなり激しいです。
症状を細かく伝えているのに早く前回と同じ薬出して追い出したいという対応の人もいれば、ちゃんと症状を見て即日検査してみてみませんか？と提案してくれる人もいます。（まぁ単に検査費稼ぎたいのかはわからないですが、選択できる方がうれしいですよね）
検査は1度しましたが、予定があってこの時間までには帰れると助かると無茶な要望をしたところ、実際に希望した時間付近には検査終了することができました。結果も丁寧に教えてもらえたので満足しています。
ただやっぱり当たりはずれ激しいからそこはちょっとなぁって感じですね。

ひとつ検査が終わるごとに待合室に戻るのも効率が悪いです。
これでしたら去年まで行っていた病院に戻します。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 相模原市の検診で胃カメラを毎年しています。怖いので毎年麻酔をして行って何の痛みもなく終えてました。
今回も麻酔を頼んで胃カメラ検査しましたが、前の方がムセ込が治まらず治まるまでしばらく待たされました。
その後自分の番になり麻酔をしたらソッコー管を入れて検査しました。
今迄にない痛さと苦しさで涙が出ました。
終わった後ナースの人と話したら麻酔が効く前に行ったらしいとの事。いくら時間が押してても高いお金払ってわざわざ麻酔してるのに。
なのにお会計は麻酔代で7000円以上は取られました。
この旨を診察ドクターに話しては？との助言を受付で頂きましたが、
この日の診察ドクターは一言も話さず一目もこちらを見ずただ無言でお腹の音を聞くだけの先生でした。とてもそんな人に話せません。
胃カメラの先生も時間内にこなすだけの事を一番に考えてるようです。
ただ、ここの看護婦さん達はとても忙しい中明るく笑顔でテキパキと的確でレベルが高いなと思いました。なので星1には出来ませんでした。
ドクターは患者の体を自分に置き換えて考えれるよう初心に帰ってほしいなとおもます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地域に密着し、普通飛び込みで時間外でも、尿閉が起きた時にドクターがすぐ対応してくださいました。心臓が苦しくなってた時も早い判断で大規模の病院にすぐ搬送、しかもドクターも同伴してくださいました。
その日にすぐ検査してくださいます。時間は確かに待つことはありますが、看護師の皆さんも、優しく気軽にいろいろ説明して対応してもらって、安心して受診できます。
なにかしら具合悪いときは、まずかかりつけ医として受診すれば正しい判断をしてくださいます。会計も待つことは確かですが、他の病院に比べて遅くなる感じはありません。コロナ禍で地域医療に取り組む、ありがたい病院と思います。

普段は検診で通院してる病院が他なのですが、いつも直ぐに対応してくださいます。
今回もお盆休みで、夜でしたが、
体調が悪化した父を助けてくださいました。
