 Most of the hospitals around Minatomirai are relatively polite and kind doctors and nurses, but this is an exception. The nurse looks great and feels bad. Never go again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前日に別の病院で処方された薬が合わず、セカンド・オピニオンで朝イチに伺いました。先生にインフルエンザの予防接種をしていないことを軽く説教され、挙げ句に喉も腫れてないからと、とにかくうがいをしなさいとうがい薬だけを処方されました。
前日に病院で貰った薬はどうしたらいいのかをフォローにきた看護師さんに伺うと、先生が飲んでも大丈夫と仰ってるとのこと。
薬が合わないから伺ってるってはじめに言いましたけど謎の回答過ぎて、、、。
前日に別の病院で喉が腫れてると言われてて、声もさらにガサガサになっていたのに先生は腫れていないって、、、、。自然治癒力を便りにされてる先生なのかな？と不信感。
こんないい加減な診察は初めてでした。
直後に熱も出て苦しい思いをしましたが自宅にあったカロナールを飲んで何とかしのぎました。
あの、、、ちゃんと患者さんと向き合われてはいかがでしょうか？
適当に処置していませんか？
苦しいから、困ってるから頼りにして行ってるのに。
追記:結局インフルエンザと言うことが山場を越えた三日後に判明しました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初に診察を受けたのは3年前、膝関節痛の為。整形外科は過去あまり受信した経験でしたが、勤務先から近いので選べました。アクセスはよくランドマークオフィスベル内。先生は院長もされている方で温厚で様々なアドバイスを受け初診時は20分近く話をされていました。レントゲンの後、原因は軟骨が年齢の割にかなりすり減っているのが原因。スクワット等筋トレで重量運動を10年以上行っていたのが原因。その後定期的に通うようになり、最初の頃痛みが引かない場合はヒアルロン酸注射を打って頂きました。かなり慣れている感じで痛みは全くありませんでした。その後、サポーターを作り理学療法を定期的に受け痛みは治まり、無理な筋トレは中止して水泳に変えました。そして本日先週から腰痛があるので再度受診。場所は７Fから１Fに移転していましたが、同様に院長先生、理学療法士の方に親身に対応して頂きました。ヘルニア手前とのことで薬処方、サポータ、理学療法を行って頂きました。痛みが治まるまで理学療法を続ける必要があるそうですが、今日行って良かったと思います。遅れていたら悪化しヘルニア発症になっていたらと思うとぞっとしました。。。

「これは◯◯(病名)だな。」『同じような症状で△△ってこないだ言ってませんでした？』「そうだったかな？じゃあ△△だ。」『その時の患者さん□□の薬が効いてたって言ってましたよね。』「□□を処方しよう。」と、言った感じです。
それぞれが自らの役割を理解していない。そんな病院だと思いました。
年配患者の方が(おそらく摂食になにかしらのトラブルがある)「◯◯が好きでどうしても食べてしまう。」に対して医師は「たった１度の人生なんですからお好きにすれば宜しいんじゃないでしょうか。」とコメント。
個人的な意見として、医師のコメントではなく患者のことを思わない病院だと思いました。
あと、他のコメントにもありましたが入院を凄く進めてきます。紹介するとインセンティブでもあるのか？疑いたくなります。
初診なので通ってみましたが２度と行きません。

疼痛外来の平先生が素晴らしかったです。
母の頭痛や膝痛の原因を1回の診察で的確に突き止めて下さり、今後の対処や見通しもわかり、本当に安心しました。
これまでかかったかかりつけクリニックや他病院の内科の先生方は、母の訴えに整形外科に行くよう言うばかりで、持病の影響だと気づいたり教えてくださった先生はおらず、モヤモヤとしていたところが、今回の診察で明確になり、納得できました。母と「神経専門のお医者さんてすごいね！！」と感心しきりでした。
初めて伺ったクリニックでしたが、平先生に診て頂けて本当に感謝です。
