S	Suzzy Lucia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、こちらの病院へ労災で初診にて受診しました。休業補償の様式を持参したところ、受付の清潔感なさそうな女性に『先生は入院しないと書類書けない!と言っています!』と言われ驚きました。親戚の社会保険労務士に相談したところ、労災と言うのは医者が証明するのではなく会社側が休んでいることを証明し(会社が休業中の日付を記載する等)、労災を認めるのは労基署とのことでした。通常は労災休業補償の書類は会社側が記載した日付と同じく医師が別欄に記入するそうです。社会保険労務士が言うには恐らく以前にこの病院が不正をしたか何かトラブルがあったのではないか!と言っていました。私は転院しまして、普通に休業補償の請求出来ました。診療も適当で傲慢な感じですし、受付の女性の態度も最悪でした。皆さん気を付けてください。 Previously, I visited this hospital for the first time due to an industrial accident. The front desk receptionists were so friendly and so helpful with getting my forms filled out and we did it together since my Japanese is nonexistent. Dr. Ricky speaks English which was such a huge relief. We figured out what was wrong with my foot and got me on my way. I went in at 2 pm and was out of the office by 2:45 pm after getting a consult, X-ray, and blood test. Very efficient and helpful. I would recommend to foreigners who need orthopedic help.
