T	Takahashi Nozomi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 診察室に入ると、何やら不穏な空気でとても気まずい状況の中、問診が始まったが、痛む所を説明すると"それは普通はならない"と言われ、マッサージに行きなさいとの返答でした。元々マッサージは通っていてそれでも根本的な原因の改善はしないと思い、今回受診を決めたので正直びっくりでした。また、マッサージは費用がかかるのでと言っても、変わらずマッサージを勧められて、もうその後のことは覚えていません。こんなことは初めてで、高圧的な態度や説明がない状態で本当に手が震えるほどで、泣きそうになりました。もう二度と行かないし、これから行こうと悩んでいる人がいるならば、私が言いたいことはもうお分かりかと思います。リアルにここはヤバいです。 When I entered the doctor's office, the interview started in a very awkward situation due to the disturbing air, but when I explained the pain, I was told that "it shouldn't be normal" and said that I should go for a massage. If you're never going again and you're worried about going, you know what I mean. Really, this is dangerous.

越	越後屋佐助 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院長の態度が悪すぎて驚きました。初診だったため問診票に症状、発症時期や心当たり等を記述しました。手が痛くて受診したのですが何とか頑張って記入しました。診察室に入ると「どうしたの？症状は？いつから？心当たりは？」と横柄な態度で聞かれました。私は「その問診票に記した通りです」と言ったら、医師は何が気に障ったのか「そんなものは全部目を通してんの、その上で聞いてんだよ！(正にそういう口調で愕きました)」って凄まれました。意味不明な威圧的な態度でした。え！それなら、問診票に痛い思いして書く必要なかったじゃないかと思いましたが、仕方ないので同じ内容をもう一度口頭で説明しました。診察中はいちいち横柄な態度で「治療がいるね、いつ来れる？(タメ口でした)」って言われました。私は、「ここでは治療を受けたくないので、痛み止めだけ出してください」と言って診察室を後にしました。診察室出たら看護婦さんが来て、「治療した方が良いですよ、院長は月水金なので、それ以外の曜日でどうですか？」って言われました。私は「あの医師は院長なんですか？あんな感じの悪い院長のところでは不愉快な思いをするだけで、治療になりません」と言って帰路につきました。私は50代男性できちんと社会的な生活をしていますし、丁寧に受診したつもりですが、まぁとにかく不愉快な院長でした。武田整形外科には二度と行きません。これから受診する方の参考になればと思って書かせて貰いました。 I was surprised that the director's attitude was too bad. When I got out of the examination room, a nurse came and said, "It's better to treat, the director is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, so what about other days?" I said, "Is that doctor the director? At such an unpleasant director, I just feel uncomfortable and cannot be treated." I am a man in his 50s, living a proper social life, and I thought I would have a careful examination, but he was an unpleasant director anyway. I will never go to Takeda Orthopedic Surgery. 高	高橋なの on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行って本当によかったです。診察の前に看護師さんの丁寧な問診があり、話をしっかり聞いていただく事ができましたし、レントゲンが必要と判断され、診察までの待ち時間にレントゲンも撮っていただき、無駄な時間を過ごさずにすみました。そして、問診の内容について先生へ、私のことはちゃんと伝わっていました。診察室での先生の説明は丁寧でわかりやすく、納得のいくものでした。レントゲンには見えない、私の主訴から推測でき得る状態としてのいくつかの推測などをいくつか示して、治療の方向性についても私の事情を加味して考えていただけました。また、リハビリのスタッフの方たちはとても親しみがありました。 I'm really glad I went.
