どの症状が辛いのか、どの薬があると助かるのか、選択肢を与えてくださった。
ジェネリックなどの説明も医師から受けることが出来、選べたのは他のクリニックにはあまりない、いいところだと思った。

白髪に眼鏡のご年配の医師に診ていただきました。問診時の声がボソボソと小さく、何を言っているのかわからなかったため、受け答えに間違いが生じたのですが、馬鹿にした態度で訂正されました。
処方薬を選択する際にも、「〇〇(病名)って何の薬出してたっけー？」と大きな声で確認され、デリカシーのなさに驚き呆れました。また、判断を仰ぐ姿を公然と見せつけられ、不安になり、服薬前に何度も調べました。
あまりにも気分が悪く、聞く姿勢があまりよくなかった自分にも非はありますが、小馬鹿にした態度で何度も同じことを言われ、途中から他の医療機関にかかろうか真剣に考えてしまうほど酷かったです。
今回診察していただいた医師以外の方々の対応が良かっただけに、非常に残念です。

流れ作業なのは仕方ないけど何か少しでも間違えたら露骨に嫌な顔出すし馬鹿にした態度とるスタッフがいる。いつも 9階だが時間の問題で医師がいないから系列の7階のサテライトに移ったがどちらも酷かった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 診察？と疑うほどの流れ作業でまともに診てもらえませんでした。直ぐに検査室へ連れていかれました。受付の方の対応も良くなったのでほかの病院へ行くべきです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こんなデリケートな内容の検査をする病院なのに問診票もなく、シーンとした男性もいっぱいいる受付で何の検査ですか？とか検査名を何回も大声で連呼されて最悪でした。
普通に近所の産婦人科に行けばよかった。。。
常識として信じられない。
あと古いのと小さいのでトイレ前で尿検査待ちの女性が並んでいる。。そこに男性も近くにいたりしてかなり居心地悪いです。
検査済みのキットが目の前にいっぱい並んでていて誰でもさわれてしまうような感じで不安でした。
その後検査結果が出ましたが、なんとその数ヶ月後、他のきちんとした病院に行ったら真逆の診断結果が出て治療しないといけなくなり、治療したら症状があっという間に良くなりました！早く治療できてよかったです。
病院の検査で誤診って、もうありえません。。。
絶対にここはやめたほうがいいです！！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて行きました。初めてですと伝えた所ICカードが診察券のようで受付の方にこちらにかざしてくださいと言われた為、手続きがあるのかな？と従っていたら、ICカード変えたりしました？診察券として登録が無いと言われました。最初に始めてと伝えたにも関わらず何も話を聞いて無いなと感じました。また診察と検査で受付してもらったにも関わらず、診察が終わったら受付にて、今日はこれで終わりですと言われました。検査もして欲しいと伝えたのですが、と言ったら、あーそうですねそうでしたねと言われた為、他の病院に行くのでいいですと伝え出てきました。診察してくれたお医者さんは優しくて良い方でしたが、受付の方や看護師の対応が非常に悪く二度と行きません。
