Very NOT good place. They sell displayed shoes without any notification. If you are a foreigner, careful especially.
Atmos Tokyo says, they can't do anything about what they bought at the store.
I highly recommend you buy some other place or Atmos online.

I brought a pair of Nike React that I bought in a different store, that had gone faulty after 4 days (one of the shoe lace loops came off completely). One person from staff started laughing (?!) instead of trying to be helpful in any way. The other guy said that we had to go to the original shop and we didn’t even hear ‘sorry’ from anyone, just ridiculous laughs and smirking all the time. Don’t waste your time on this.
