ランチに訪問。山椒の香り辛味噌ラーメンとミニネギチャーシュー丼を注文。山椒の香りのインパクトはあまりなかったです。味付け玉子は少し固めでこれはこれで好きです。スープがやや薄く感じたが、味噌ラーメンの塩味とチャーシュー丼の甘めのタレとの相性が良くて美味しく頂きました。チャーシュー丼の肉が炙ってあり香ばしい感じで○、100円なのも嬉しいです。
Visit for lunch. I ordered a spicy miso ramen with a scent of Japanese pepper and a mini green onion char siu bowl. The impact of the scent of Japanese pepper was not so great. The seasoned egg is a little firm and I like this one. I felt the soup was a little thin, but the salty taste of miso ramen and the sweet sauce of the char siu bowl went well together and it was delicious. The meat of the char siu bowl is roasted and fragrant, and I'm glad that it's 100 yen.
