久しぶりに豚骨を食べてみることにしました。
お店の名前は博多長浜ラーメンいっき。
駐車場も完備されてるのは嬉しいです。
今回はちゃーしゅーめん、明太ごはんを注文。
まずは明太ごはん。
明太子が半身くらいご飯の上にのってます。
辛さは控えめで食べやすい明太子はご飯にマッチしてそのままで美味しいな。
続いてちゃーしゅーめん。
赤身メインのチャーシューが5枚、キクラゲ、ネギ、海苔がのっていてなかなか具沢山です。
スープはやや泡だったクリーミーな濃厚豚骨。
飲むと口の周りにクリーミーさがついて残ります。
くどさはなくって豚の旨味が感じられて美味しいです。
香りも嫌じゃない豚骨臭がいいな。
低加水のストレート細麺は硬さを普通にしたら
スープとの相性も良くってスルスル啜れます。
途中で替え玉を硬めで注文。
提供されたのをスープに入れてしっかりと混ぜると歯応えが追加されてこれはこれで美味い。
卓上のラーメンタレをさらっとひと回しして
最後まで美味しくいただきました。
久しぶりに食べた豚骨ラーメンでしたが、

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメン通ではありませんが、無性に博多ラーメンが食べたくなり口コミを観てオープン11時半と同時に来店しました。人気店の為、カウンター、ボックス12時になる頃には満席です。店内は豚骨の匂いが漂ってます。ランチタイムは明太子メシが80円引の200円。替え玉は150円だったかな？タカナが辛くて替え玉時に味変すると美味しいです。スタッフさんは、繁盛店なので最優先で判断して行動！4人ぐらいまでは注文暗記して凄いと思いました。駐車場も親切に教えて頂きました。ラーメン自体は長浜系で学生の時に良く食べた記憶があり好きです。水曜日が定休日です。

・平日の12時ごろで待ち時間なくすぐに入店できました。
・東京女子医大通り沿いにあり、無料駐車場も5台完備していて車で行きやすいです。駐車場も通りを挟んであり近いです。
・看板も店前に自販機があります。入店はしっかり消毒してからなどコロナ対策も厳しめで安心できます。
・カウンターとテーブル席がありテーブルのMAXは4人まで座れます。
・いっきのおすすめでもある長浜ラーメンを注文、提供スピードも速く美味しいです。麵スープは言わずもがな美味しく、チャーシューも柔らかいです。卓上には高菜・紅ショウガ・胡麻と定番どころもしっかりしています。

麺のかたさは「やわやわ」「やわ」「普通」「カタ」「バリカタ」「ハリガネ」「粉落とし」から選べます。
紅生姜と辛子高菜、ニンニク（ペースト）、白胡椒がテーブルにあります。

子どもは、ラーメン。
チャーシューが一枚かな？完食してました。
細麺バリカタ、スープもあっさり豚骨で、チャーシューもたくさんありました。
私は、ギドギドの厚手が苦手、、。
こちらは食べきれちゃいました。
ご飯は家族で回し食べ（笑）
なくても、ラーメンでお腹パンパンになりました。
後から追加にご飯はすると良いですよ。
