F	F T. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 川口周辺にきて探して見つけた店です。こちらも二郎系です。とりあえず券売機を見てリッチが気になったのでリッチにしました。普通のらーめんは細麺で250g、豚は2枚。リッチは太麺で300g、豚は3枚です。トッピングを聞かれるのは二郎のように提供の直前ではなく座って少し経ってから聞かれます。トッピングは全マシにしました。ヤサイ、ニンニク、アブラ、カラメはちょいマシとマシが出来ます。前はマシマシができたみたいですが今は消されてます。そしてちょっと違うのはタマネギと魚粉です。コールをすれば入ります。味はと言うと他の二郎系は結構ライトな感じ多い中ここは結構本家に近い感じがあります。スープは濃厚で麺も美味しい。ヤサイもシャキシャキ。豚も美味しいけどちょっとしょっぱいかな。それにしても魚粉とタマネギがかなりいいですね。大変満足する内容ですしたね。 It is a shop that I found by visiting the area around Kawaguchi. H	Hide Kage on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前々から行ってみたかったお店で、たまたま店主のブログを見ていたら「本日はお昼のみ開店」となっていたので、開店の11時に合わせて行ってみました。開店１番乗りでしたが、リピーター客か？ぞろぞろと開店時間に合わせて集まってきました。で！初めてと言う事で冒険はせず無難に「ラーメン」＋「味玉」をチョイス♪ コールは「野菜ちょい増し」と「ニンニク」でお願いしました。ラーメンの製作工程はワンオペで５人前を作っていたので、手際はいいがラーメンが冷めて出てきました・・・出来上がりのラーメンの絵は、大変美味しそうなんだが・・・肝心なお味は「麺は太麺でツルツル」でワシワシ感は無し、スープは「醤油っ気も乏しく、塩っぱくも無く、油っ気も無く、パンチが無い」味薄ラーメンでした、この日がイマイチの出来でたまたまだったのか？いつもこんな感じなのか？今回食べた味なら次は無いかなーって感じです。あ～、フォローする訳ではないけど、チャーシューはGOOD♪ 接客に関してブツブツ言っている輩もいますが、接客はあんな感じでしょ？特に不快には思わないし、あの開店スケジュール見れば「お客重視」ではない事が読み取れるし、どんな感じのラーメン屋さんか察知できない方が悪いと思うけどｗｗ接客が嫌なら行かなければいいだけ・・・自分は、ラーメンがイマイチだったので、次は行かないだけ・・・ I had wanted to go to the store for a long time, and when I happened to see the owner's blog, it said "Opening only at noon today", so I went there at 11 o'clock.
