★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020/8/15 終戦の日に来ました。靖国神社には行けないので靖国寺に行きました。終戦の日なのでにぎわっていると思っていましたが私しかいませんでした。少し寂しい思いでしたが、ゆっくりと英霊に感謝の気持ちを捧げることが出来ました。とても小さいお寺で驚きました。もう少し知名度が高くてもいいと思います。西日本で靖国神社は遠いとお感じの方は是非とも靖国寺をお訪ねください。JRまたは京阪宇治駅からが便利です。タクシー代は、JR宇治駅からは約1500円、京阪宇治駅からは約1000円ほどです。
2020/8/15 I came on the day of the end of the war. I couldn't go to Yasukuni Shrine, so I went to Yasukuni Temple. I thought it was busy because it was the day of the end of the war, but I was the only one. I felt a little lonely, but I was able to slowly thank the spirits. I was surprised at a very small temple. I think it's okay to be a little more famous. If you feel that Yasukuni Shrine is far away in western Japan, please visit Yasukuni Temple. Convenient from JR or Keihan Uji Station. The taxi fare is about 1500 yen from JR Uji Station and about 1000 yen from Keihan Uji Station.
