★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カツ丼を注文しましたが絶品でした。しょっぱすぎず甘すぎず、カツも丁度良い歯応えで間違いなく長野市一番のカツ丼だと思います。
ただ店の内外が若干汚れていたので☆4つです。
末長く続いてほしいお店です。
 I ordered Katsudon but it was excellent. It's not too salty and not too sweet, and the cutlet has just the right texture, so I think it's definitely the best katsudon in Nagano City.
However, the inside and outside of the store was a little dirty, so there are four ☆.
It is a shop that I want you to continue for a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ちょっと入るのに躊躇する様な外観で、店内もお世辞にも綺麗とは言えません。デートや家族連れにはお勧めしかねますが、モツ煮もカツ丼もちょっと味濃いめで大変美味しく、ボリュームも満点です。運動や肉体労働で腹ペコの方には心からお勧めします。
The appearance seems to hesitate to enter for a while, and the inside of the store and the flattery are not beautiful. Although it is not recommended for dates and families, the motsuni and katsudon are a little rich and very delicious, and the volume is perfect. I sincerely recommend it to those who are hungry due to exercise or physical labor.

昔ながらの優しい味わいでとても美味しかったです。
妻はもつ煮定食を食べていましたが、こちらはもつがとても柔らかく煮込まれていました。今まで食べたもつ煮の中で一番おいしかったかもしれません。次回はもつ煮定食を食べさせていただこうかと思います。ありがとうございました。

It was very delicious with the old-fashioned gentle taste.
My wife was eating a motsuni set meal, which was simmered very softly. It may have been the most delicious motsuni I have ever eaten. Next time, I'd like to have you eat a motsuni set meal. Thank you very much.

タバコ吸えるので家族連れにはオススメしません。
トイレは、家にあるものより上等なトイレです。トイレだけ高級ホテルいけます。
The store doesn't look like it, it tastes good.
I can smoke, so I don't recommend it for families.
Toilets are better than what you have at home. Only the toilet can be used in a luxury hotel.

萬宝食堂
良く言えば昭和レトロな食堂。
初見の方は訪店の際に注意が必要です。
①注文を取りに来ないので、調理中の店主に直接注文する。
②水はセルフサービスだが、コップに曇りや洗い残しが付いていても気にしない方。
③店主一人で調理している為、多少の時間がかかるので時間に余裕を持って。
かつ丼の味とボリュームは悪くないけれど、1000円という価格を考えると微妙な感じ。
自分は②がどうしてもダメだったので、コップが使えず水が飲めなかった(´･ω･`)
味は悪くないから他の定食も気になるけど、リピートを躊躇ってしまう。

To put it better, it is a Showa retro dining room.
First-time visitors need to be careful when visiting the store.
① I will not come to pick up the order, so I will order directly from the owner who is cooking.
(2) Water is self-service, but those who do not mind if the cup is cloudy or left unwashed.
③ Since the owner cooks by himself, it will take some time, so please allow plenty of time.
The taste and volume of the katsudon is not bad, but considering the price of 1000 yen, it feels subtle.
I couldn't drink water because I couldn't use the cup because ② was absolutely useless (´ ･ ω ･ `)
The taste is not bad, so I'm worried about other set meals, but I hesitate to repeat.
